About Our Company
We are long time Torrance residents with more than forty years of experience in program, project and construction management. We have worked on restorations, public works, and have managed projects for five school districts. We're well versed in modernizations, planning, design, engineering, project controls, construction and maintenance for various projects and facilities in Southern California.

Projects including restoration, public works, K-14 and aviation construction. Also managing projects with El Camino College District, Los Angeles Community College District, Los Angeles Unified School District, Long Beach Unified School District and Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. We have also owned and operated a business in Upstate New York where we managed projects with schools, prisons, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, tenant build-outs, hotels, retail spaces and restaurants that ranged in value from $50 thousand to $1 million.
